-20 Degree Aliquots

Compound	Concentration	Volume	Recipe/Notes
BSA	20 mg/mL	50 mL	Found in the 4 degree fridge. Add 1.0 g BSA to 50 mL water and vortex to mix. Syringe filter into a new conical tube and aliquot 1 mL into 1.7 mL tubes.
IPTG	1 M	50 mL	Found in the -20 degree fridge. Add 11.915 g IPTG to 50 mL water and vortex to mix. Syringe filter and aliquot 1 mL.
DTT	1 M	50 mL	Found in the -20 degree fridge. Add 7.71 g DTT to 50 mL water and vortex. Syringe filter and aliquot 1 mL.

All of the aliquots should be placed in their appropriate box into the -20 degree fridge. Use the label maker to label the aliquot tubes with the name, concentration and date it was made.
